If you've never watched the Harry Potter movies, then it's time to treat yourself to this second installment. There's a new villain, a whole new set of obstacles for Harry Potter to overcome, and everything in between. The later games, some do, but a no-cd crack is required if physical media is not present. The earliest games won't run on modern machines or operating systems, with or without the physical disc, so it's a given that for data permanency the no-cd crack is required. Correct - you'll need the no-cd crack to get the games to run properly without physical media.
